ACCOUNTANT (M/W/D)

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung wie bspw. die Kontierung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen und der Überwachung sowie Überprüfung des korrekten Zahlungsverkehrs.
Du verantwortest den Rechnungslauf und sonstige Aktivitäten im Bereich Faktura und pflegst laufend die notwendigen Haupt- und Nebenbuchkonten mit Schwerpunkt Forderungen.
Du arbeitest an der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Abschlussprüfungen und steuerlichen Prüfungen.
Du bist interner Ansprechpartner für andere Teams aus der Buchhaltung und unterstützt das Accounting Team in weiteren anfallenden generalistischen Projekten.

Dein Talent / Your talent

BEI UNS ZÄHLT, WIE DU TICKST

Du hast erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen und bereits mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich E-Commerce/Handel.
Du bist Experte in Microsoft Excel, weist eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Zahlen und überzeugst durch kommunikatives & teamfähiges Geschick.
Du besitzt eine unternehmerische Mentalität und bringst eine engagierte, flexible, gewissenhafte und vertrauenswürdige Arbeitsweise mit.
Du hast bereit mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet und weist idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem System basierend auf MS Dynamics NAV vor.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und weist gute Englischkenntnisse vor.

To join our team in Cologne as soon as possible, we are currently looking for a full-time

ACCOUNTANT (M/F/D)

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

You take on tasks in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting independently, such as posting and allocating invoices, as well as monitoring and verifying correct payment transactions.
You are responsible for the invoice run and other activities in the invoicing area and continuously maintain the necessary general and sub-ledger accounts, with a focus on receivables.
You contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and support the execution of audits and tax examinations.
You act as an internal point of contact for other accounting teams and support the accounting team in various generalist projects as needed.

Your profile

WHAT COUNTS FOR US IS WHAT MAKES YOU TICK

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree and have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the e-commerce/retail sector.
You are an expert in Microsoft Excel, have a strong affinity for numbers, and impress with your communication and teamwork skills.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and bring an engaged, flexible, diligent, and trustworthy approach to your work.
You have already worked with an ERP system and ideally have experience with a system based on MS Dynamics NAV.
You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
