SALES ASSOCIATE (M/W/D)

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

Du koordinierst und führst persönliche Kundentermine zur Annahme und Übergabe von Luxusuhren in unserer Münchner Boutique durch.
Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen und kommunizierst professionell über verschiedene Kanäle, darunter Telefon, E-Mail und Freshdesk.
Du berätst Neu- und Bestandskunden fachkundig beim Uhrenkauf und unterstützt sie bei ihrer Entscheidung.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für reibungslose operative Abläufe in der Boutique, einschließlich des Bestellwesens und der Betreuung der Räumlichkeiten vor Ort.
Du arbeitest eng mit den operativen Teams in unserem Headquarter in Köln zusammen und stehst in regelmäßigem, proaktivem Austausch.

SALES ASSOCIATE (M/F/D)

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

You coordinate and conduct in-person customer appointments for the acceptance and handover of luxury watches in our Munich boutique.
You respond to customer inquiries and communicate professionally across various channels, including phone, email, and Freshdesk.
You provide expert advice to both new and existing customers on watch purchases and support them in their decision-making process.
You take responsibility for ensuring smooth operational processes in the boutique, including order management and the maintenance of the premises.
You work closely with the operational teams at our headquarters in Cologne and maintain regular, proactive communication.

Your profile

You have initial experience in sales & service or the luxury segment and possess a network of enthusiasts in the luxury industry.
Our motto, “Customer is king. Always.” is more than just words to you – you go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
You have strong communication skills and know how to guide customers in their purchasing decisions with confidence, professionalism, and charm.
As a true team player, you are reliable, committed, and always ready to support your team.
You are fluent in both German and English.
